Sourdough Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 15 g kosher salt
- 7.5 g instant dry yeast
- 15 g olive oil
- 90 g "fed" sourdough starter
Procedure
Combine 500 g flour and 15 g salt in a large mixing bowl.
Combine 300 g warm water, 7.5 g instant dry yeast, and 15 g olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Let sit for a moment, then stir in the 90 g starter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of flour and salt. Knead until well combined. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Knead the rested dough once again for a couple of minutes. Divide into 3 balls. Place each into a lightly oiled pint container. Cover with a damp cloth in the refrigerator overnight.
